Job summary

TOA Global is recruiting an autonomous Intermediate Bookkeeper to support Australian clients from a 100% remote setup in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end payroll, perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliations, and deliver monthly management reports for a portfolio of Australian businesses.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, strong Xero/MYOB skills, and command STP/GST compliance. This role offers day shifts and flexible remote work across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of Australian bookkeeping experience with payroll for Australian businesses.
• Experience in public practice or outsourced environments.
• Strong knowledge of STP, GST, and BAS compliance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AU Payroll Execution: manage full-cycle payroll workflows for Australian clients, STP updates, and superannuation contributions.
• Account Reconciliations & Month-End: prepare reconciliations for bank, AR, AP, and balance sheet items.
• Management Reporting: draft monthly packs with clear financial insights for client leadership.
• Portfolio & BAS Compliance Support: maintain transactions, prepare BAS drafts, assist workflow management.
• Direct Client Engagement: liaise with Australian clients and onshore teams to resolve queries.
