Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a detail-driven Bookkeeper to support Australian partners from a 100% remote daytime schedule in the Philippines. You will handle daily reconciliations, payroll, fixed assets, and statutory reporting with attention to accuracy and compliance.

The role scales with junior or senior experience, including STP and Payday Super responsibilities, and emphasizes data integrity and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, or transactional accounting for Australian businesses.
• Strong knowledge of GST, STP, TPAR, and FBT concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and AP/AR functions.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including STP and Payday Super.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and general ledger entries.
• Prepare BAS, IAS, TPAR, and FBT calculations.
• Support monthly and quarterly management reporting.
