Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience working with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process Customer and Vendor invoices, Track payments and follow up on overdue payments
• Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting: Provide financial data and analysis for management decisions
• Purchase Order Creation
• Financial Reporting
• Support Audits: Provide financial records and support as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and organize records
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure billing accuracy
