Teamified is seeking a Bookkeeper in the Philippines with financial analyst experience to join our permanent team. This role focuses on accurate financial recording and reporting in a flexible work arrangement.

Responsibilities include handling payables/receivables, budgeting support, and bank reconciliation, with emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills. Exposure to MS Excel and accounting software is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with financial software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for decision-making purposes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
