Job summary

Remote Raven is looking for a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper / CPA to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients across industries, including construction and wellness. You will setup QBO environments and maintain audit-ready financials from day one through year-end.

The ideal candidate is a CPA or CPA‑pursuing, with hands-on QuickBooks Online proficiency and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed or actively pursuing licensure.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience with setup, reconciliation and reporting.
• Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple clients across different industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete bookkeeping cycle for all assigned clients—from daily entry to month-end close and reporting.
• Categorize and reconcile transactions with correct accounts, classes, and cost centers.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Support construction client job costing, WIP reporting and progress billing coordination.
• Coordinate with CPAs and tax preparers for year-end financial reporting.
