A boutique accounting firm is seeking an offshore QBO Bookkeeper to manage accurate financial records and support team communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include reconciling bank transactions, bookkeeping data entry, and maintaining client relations via email. A bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred but not strictly necessary. Offshore QBO Bookkeeper (Remote, Full-Time) — Logistis for Designers

Who we are

Logistis for Designers is a boutique accounting firm that specializes exclusively in interior designers. We’re a fast-paced, growing team that’s equal parts detail-obsessed and client-focused—and we’re looking for an offshore bookkeeper who’s confident in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excited to grow with us.

What you’ll do (core responsibilities)

You’ll support our senior accountants and clients by keeping financials accurate and up-to-date, including:

QBO reconciliations (bank + credit card) and issue-spotting

Transaction coding + bookkeeping data entry (including journal entries when needed)

Financial reporting: generating and reviewing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports

Client communication: answering accounting questions via email

Admin support to senior accountants as needed (keeping workflows moving)

Required skills & qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

2+ years of hands-on QBO experience (reconciliations are a must)

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Extreme attention to detail (you catch what others miss)

Ability to manage tasks quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
