Job summary

Barghest Building Performance Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Service Sustainability Engineer in the Philippines (Nueva Ecija, Santo Niño 1st) to coordinate with maintenance contractors, support data analytics, and improve energy conservation while ensuring HVAC and refrigeration systems run smoothly.

You will review maintenance checklists, develop energy action plans, schedule operations, monitor sites remotely, and assist with on-site control tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems such as chillers and compressors.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance contractors to ensure timely service execution.
• Review and validate maintenance checklists and sign-offs within deadlines.
• Assist data analytics team in improving automation and reporting.
• Support fault detection and root-cause analysis.
• Develop energy conservation action plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Prepare operational and maintenance schedules.
• Remote monitoring of site operations and emergencies.
• Collaborate with customer support to ensure satisfaction.
• Collate onsite operating parameters and validate data with SCADA.
• Collaborate on programming and control-related onsite tasks.
• Work with internal teams for project delivery.
