Job summary

V2X, a global provider of integrated physical and digital infrastructure solutions, seeks a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC-R supervision experience for a on-site role in the Philippines. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure PM/CM activities, and uphold safety and quality standards across critical facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities maintenance with HVAC-R systems, CMMS experience (IBM Maximo), and a valid Philippine driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• HVAC-R certification and safety trainings are advantageous.
• Experience supervising HVAC-R personnel and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC-R technicians and mechanics; provide daily directions.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance per work orders.
• Ensure safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and on-time completion of tasks.
