Job summary

The Design Company FZ LLC is seeking a BIM/Revit Technician to support architectural or interior projects with BIM modeling, detailing, and data export. This remote role requires experience in Revit to LoD300, sheet/view organization, and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is also expected. Working hours follow Gulf Standard Time, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The position is remote with no fixed office location.

Qualifications

• BIM knowledge using Revit to LoD300.
• Create families/elements for BIM models.
• Organize sheets/views with parameters.
• Perform clash detections with Navisworks Manage.
• Add keynotes and annotations to drawings.
• Detailing and exporting data to CAD and PDF.
• Produce technical drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models to LoD300 using Revit.
• Organize sheets and views using parameters.
• Perform clash detection and resolve clashes in Navisworks Manage.
• Create and annotate BIM elements and families.
