Job summary

Group3 Design Studio is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support design and project teams in developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating between architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams. Office days are Tue-Thu with on-site/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years BIM/Revit coordination experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and documentation processes.
• Familiar with clash detection (MEEPFS).
• Experience coordinating architectural and MEPF models is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate architectural, interior design, and consultant models.
• Identify and resolve design and model clashes.
• Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Assist in developing BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows.
• Produce and coordinate drawings and documentation generated from BIM models.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and other consultants.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, worksets, and project documentation.
• Support the project team in implementing BIM processes from design through construction documentation.
• Assist in improving the company's BIM workflows and standards.

• Strong understanding of architectural and construction documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a design team
