Job summary

Anypear is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Design Engineer (Revit) for a fully remote role serving Australian clients in Non Process Infrastructure. You will translate concepts into precise Revit and AutoCAD models, perform Navisworks clash detection, and produce 2D drawings and site masterplans.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in drafting/engineering, strong English, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years experience in drafting or engineering role, preferably mining/heavy industry or NPI.
Advanced skills in developing structural steel and concrete models in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit.
Practical experience using Navisworks for viewing, clash detection, and model federation.
Excellent technical writing skills for tender documents and reports.
Able to work independently, learn quickly, and solve problems.
Advanced Word and Excel skills.
Excellent English writing and speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain highly detailed 3D structural models for steel and concrete using Revit.
Translate hand drawings, markups, and notes into 3D models and 2D drawings.
Perform clash detection and federate models in Navisworks.
Quality check models/drawings against standards and client specs.
Create 2D process drawings and site masterplans in AutoCAD.
Prepare engineering documents and reports using Word.
Maintain records in document control systems.
