Job summary

You will work with BIM coordinators, project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, managing deadlines and proactive communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Architect, or related degree, with structural design or documentation experience.
• Professional experience using Revit for structural modeling and construction documentation.
• Ability to produce complete drawing packages with strong attention to detail and minimal QA/QC comments.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, construction documentation, and BIM workflows.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Experience managing deadlines, communicating project progress, and identifying issues proactively.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience using BIM coordination or task management platforms such as ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIM 360, ClickUp, or similar.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, including the ability to actively participate in technical meetings conducted in English.
• Own computer/laptop.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality drawing packages and construction documentation.
• Coordinate structural BIM models with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Participate in technical discussions in English.
• Ensure deliverables meet project standards with minimal QA/QC comments.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and communications proactively.
