Viatechnik Inc. is seeking a BIM Engineer to convert drawings into Revit 3D models and perform clash coordination for ongoing projects in the Philippines.

The candidate will convert Pointcloud scans to 3D models, prepare RFIs, and review drawings and specifications to ensure project success. You will act as the first-line quality control manager and collaborate with Team and Project Managers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM-related software (e.g., Revit).
• Must have basic plan reading knowledge (Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF).
• Must have basic knowledge in Navisworks.
