Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in technical customer support and billing support.
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and/or accounting/billing software.
• Strong numerical skills with proration, discounts and reconciliations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient in English, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving SaaS environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer billing questions in the support queue with clear explanations.
• Diagnose technical billing issues and coordinate with Support and Engineering.
• Prepare, correct and send invoices; process refunds, credits and cancellations.
• Spot patterns in tickets and contribute to process improvements and automation.
• Use AI to accelerate work while ensuring accuracy, privacy and trust.
