Job summary

Mixmax is hiring aBilling Support Analyst in the Philippines to resolve complex billing questions, manage refunds, and ensure Stripe records are accurate. This role blends customer support, billing operations, and automation, reporting to the Billing Team Lead and collaborating with Support, Success, Sales and Engineering across time zones.

You will clean and reconcile invoices, support proration and plan changes, and contribute AI-assisted workflows while upholding privacy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in technical customer support and billing support
• Experience at a technology or SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and/or accounting/billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Chargebee, Zuora, NetSuite)
• Very strong with numbers: proration, percentages, discounts, reconciliations
• Meticulous attention to dates, line items and email domains
• Working knowledge of AI tools and how to validate outputs

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, end-to-end billing support and resolve inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical billing issues (seat assignment, plan-status) and collaborate with Support/Engineering
• Prepare, correct and send invoices; process refunds, credits and cancellations within policy
• Perform reconciliations between Stripe, Salesforce and product data
• Document billing processes and create helpful articles and macros
• Contribute automation and AI-driven workflows to improve billing efficiency
• Own post-due invoice follow-up and collections as needed
• Maintain Stripe account hygiene across invoices, subscriptions, credits and payments
