The role blends customer support with billing operations, reporting to the Billing Team Lead and collaborating across global time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of combined experience in technical customer support and billing support.
• Experience at a technology or SaaS company is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and/or accounting and billing software.

Aufgaben

• Provide accurate, timely resolution of customer billing inquiries from first reply to close.
• Manage invoices, subscriptions, credits, refunds and payment issues in Stripe and related systems.
• Troubleshoot billing tickets with Support and Engineering to fix root causes.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and contribute to AI/automation workflows.
• Document billing processes to ensure knowledge sharing.
