The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, 3+ years in billing or AR, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, finance operations, AR, or related functions.
• Strong experience with invoice management, billing reconciliation, and collections support.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze account-level billing data to identify overdue invoices and revenue risks.
• Monitor accounts approaching holds and coordinate mitigation efforts.
• Lead billing resolution efforts across multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with Treasury, Collections, Finance, and Sales to resolve billing challenges.
• Create governance, reporting, and process documentation for billing initiatives.
• Support high-priority customers with complex billing and invoicing challenges.
