Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking a billing analyst to join our billing operations. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure all sales and orders are billed accurately, setting up clients for billing, issuing invoices.

To be successful you should be able to work independently and efficiently under pressure. You will help ensure smooth and accurate billing operations and maintain updated client billing records.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Previous billing analyst experience a plus; at least 1 year preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work onsite and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Verify orders with other departments to ensure fulfillment.
• Prepare, issue, and send invoices to clients.
• Review invoices for billing accuracy and reconcile with orders.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer billing information.
• Prepare reports and meet billing deadlines.
• Monitor accounts receivable and conduct reconciliations.
• Participate in audits and cleanups.
