Job summary

Clipboard, a remote-first healthcare staffing marketplace, is seeking a Billing Representative to help accelerate payment from workplaces and keep cash flowing. You will reach out by phone and email to follow up on invoices, secure promises to pay, and coordinate with Billing Disputes, Sales, and Support to remove roadblocks.

Open to candidates of all experience levels; strong communication, attention to detail, and problem solving are essential for success in a fast-paced, fully remote

Qualifications

• Professional and clear communication (verbal and written).
• High attention to detail.
• Receptive to feedback (coachable).
• Preferred: experience with Google Drive suite, Slack, Salesforce, soft phone software like Amazon Connect.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Call and email accounts payable contacts to inquire about overdue payments.
• Build relationships with workplaces and explain NET & Dispute Terms.
• Identify root causes of non-payment and resolve billing concerns.
• Report on collections updates and accounts receivable status.
• Devise SMART action plans for critical accounts.
