Job summary

Clipboard Health is seeking a remote-based Billing Representative to manage collections with healthcare workplaces, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing issues. You will engage via phone and email, collaborate with Billing Disputes, Sales, and Customer Support to remove roadblocks and improve cash flow.

The role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to influence payment behavior across diverse customers, with a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Professional and clear communication (verbal and written).
• High attention to detail.
• Receptive to feedback (highly coachable).
• Experience with Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Call and email accounts payable contacts to follow up on overdue payments.
• Build relationships with workplaces and explain billing terms.
• Identify root causes of non-payment and resolve billing concerns.
• Report on collections updates and accounts receivable status.
• Devise SMART action plans for critical accounts.
