Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms.
• Assist with order status, product information, billing concerns, and claims-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle billing inquiries, invoice clarifications, and payment follow-ups; resolve related complaints.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, escalate when needed, and deliver solutions aligned with policies.
