Staffing For Doctors is seeking an experienced Virtual Referral & Prior Authorization Coordinator for a US-based primary care and family medicine practice. You will own referrals and prior authorizations in eClinicalWorks (eCW), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

As you grow in the role, responsibilities may expand to scheduling, phone management, and front-desk support, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST schedule. Strong HIPAA knowledge and US healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a US-based medical practice.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle referrals and insurance prior authorizations.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with professional spoken English.
• Direct experience working with US medical practices, preferably Primary Care or Family Medicine.
• Willingness to expand into phone management, scheduling, and front-desk duties.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, insurance communications, and HIPAA.

Responsabilités

• Referral Coordination: prepare/submit referrals in eCW, verify details, attach docs, follow up, track to completion.
• Prior Authorizations: verify requirements, submit through payor portals, gather records, track deadlines, escalate denials.
• Administrative & Reception Support: handle calls via Weave, schedule appointments, register patients, verify coverage.
