MCI is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to support outbound sales for a diverse portfolio of renowned clients in the Philippines. You will engage with customers, promote products, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior call center experience required.
• Work from home experience preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.
• High-speed internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Basic typing speed of 20 WPM.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to multitask and self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote products and services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
