Real Hires LLC is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a U.S.-based energy supplier. You will handle English and Spanish inquiries, listen to needs, and provide clear solutions in every interaction.

You’ll be one of the first contacts customers speak with, working remotely with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule aligned to U.S. time zones. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information.
• Resolve questions and issues with patience and professionalism.
• Keep customer interactions accurate and well documented.
• Communicate with internal teams to help resolve customer needs.
• Participate in weekly 360° feedback sessions to strengthen skills and performance.
