Job summary

Law Offices of Sabrina Li seeks a proactive Bilingual Client Intake Specialist fluent in Mandarin and English to handle client inquiries, scheduling, and intake for our U.S. immigration practice. This full-time, fully remote position supports clients across Asia and beyond.

You will coordinate consultations, maintain CRM records, and work closely with attorneys to ensure a professional, responsive client experience while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with a U.S.-based law firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client calls, emails, and social media inquiries in Mandarin-English bilingual support.
• Screen inquiries, identify client needs, schedule consultations, and guide prospective clients through intake process.
• Build rapport with clients, follow up on inquiries, and support the conversion of leads into retained clients, meeting monthly targets.
• Manage calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines while providing day-to-day operational support to the management team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems, including tracking interactions, follow-ups, and intake progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth communication and high client satisfaction.
