We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for clients while providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate should have fluency in Mandarin and English, will excel in client communication, scheduling, organization, and coordination.
The standard working hours for this role are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST). However, alternative shift arrangements may be considered to accommodate the vast time difference.
