Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Business or related field.
• Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and LLC setup coordination for USA startups.
• Manage compliance tasks with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor operational processes and propose improvements.
• Engage with clients to retain business and identify upsell opportunities.
• Serve as main client contact and ensure proactive communication.
• Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and Taxes teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track service completion within established timeframes.
