Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish required.
• Strong writing and communication abilities in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Company incorporation & Compliance: help clients maintain compliance with regulations.
• Sales and Customer Retention: engage with current clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Operational coordination: collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and Taxes teams.
• Client communication: act as main contact to ensure service Delivery and timelines.
• Problem solving: address day-to-day operational challenges to ensure smooth service.
