Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based contractor to act as Bid Coordinator and Marketing Specialist for an Australian client. The role focuses on preparing tender submissions, EOIs, capability statements, and supporting materials, while also handling social media and general marketing tasks.

Work aligns with AU business hours, but you’ll manage time flexibly as an independent contractor. Remote work from home is supported, with compensation of AUD 2,500 per month.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in bid coordination, tender preparation, or proposals.
• Experience preparing professional business documents such as tenders, EOIs, and capability statements.
• Excellent written English with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong editing, proofreading, formatting, and document quality-control skills.
• Ability to develop templates and content libraries to streamline future submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, coordinate, and format tender submissions with deadlines.
• Develop and maintain capability statements and proposal materials.
• Prepare EOIs, fee proposals, and project proposals.
• Gather and organise project information, staff credentials, and supporting materials.
• Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professional tone.
• Maintain templates and reusable content library for future submissions.
