Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage client benefits programs, work with brokers, and operate across carrier sites and payroll systems. This client-facing role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with clients and vendors to administer health insurance changes, onboarding, and enrollments while ensuring accurate data and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required.
• Three or more years payroll and benefits experience is required.
• Experience with online benefits systems and payroll integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners, clients, vendors, and client employees.
• Facilitate client onboarding, enrollments, terminations, and life event changes.
• Assist with open enrollment and plan changes across carriers and systems.
• Analyze client systems and provide practical configuration recommendations.
• Conduct benefit audits and ensure accurate data across platforms.
• Prepare client communications and correspondence as needed.
• Support or implement solutions impacting the client organization.
