Job summary

Comrise is seeking an Analyst to join our benefits support team to contribute to data-driven reporting and client services across APAC regions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with 3+ years in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience in health and benefits brokerage or insurance administration. This role requires collaboration with a global team and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as Data Analyst/Reports Analyst (Technical role).
• Experience in benefits or insurance operations is a plus.
• Strong numerical accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced Excel skills and data entry/validation expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support claims utilization and benchmarking report requirements for APAC countries.
• Perform data validation and processing using agreed tools, standards and techniques.
• Process, project and transaction management.
• Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data.
• Support interactions between clients, company and insurance vendors.
