Job summary

Big Ideas PH is seeking an Influencer Outreach Specialist to power creator activation programs for premier US beauty brands Patchology and Kate Somerville. You will source creators, drive targeted outreach, and manage end-to-end sample fulfillment with a high-cadence approach.

Reporting to brand marketing leads, this role focuses on outbound outreach, creator engagement, and data-driven performance across TikTok and Instagram, with a strong emphasis on brand-aligned messaging and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in influencer marketing or related fields.
• Hands-on creator outreach on TikTok and Instagram.
• Experience with gifting platforms ShopMy, GRIN, Aspire.
• Fluent written English for brand-voice outreach messages.
• Strong data logging and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute 50–75 outbound creator or influencer touches per day across TikTok and Instagram with tailored messaging.
• Source and activate creators against strategic briefs for Patchology and Kate Somerville.
• Manage end-to-end sample requests, log addresses, submit warehouse requests, track shipments, follow up on receipt.
• Conduct timely post-outreach follow-ups to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
• Monitor, log, and verify live creator posts for proper tagging and brand compliance with FTC disclosures.
• Track daily/weekly outreach volume, response rates, shipments, and content output in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Maintain a creator directory categorized by tiers, niches, performance, and metrics.
• Participate in daily standups with brand leaders and troubleshoot delays.
