Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years in influencer marketing, PR, media relations, creator partnerships or marketing communications.
• PR agency experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of local influencer, creator, talent agency, and media landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead KOL identification, segmentation, evaluation, negotiation, and recommendations based on objectives.
• Develop KOL briefs and campaign requirements aligned with brand goals.
• Coordinate influencer campaign requirements: briefing, deliverables, timelines, content coordination, follow-ups.
• Maintain a master PR list with contacts, audience, platform and content category.
• Lead PR seeding monitoring and coordinate with Marketing Coordinator on logistics.
• Manage influencer and media outreach, building relationships with creators and media partners.
• Support Social Media Specialist with influencer coordination and content amplification as needed.
• Identify opportunities for media engagement, creator collaborations, and PR initiatives to support brand priorities.
• Monitor KOL budgets, allocations, commitments, and campaign expenses.
• Track campaign performance and prepare KOL and PR performance reports.
