Job summary

BSMT PH INC. is seeking an Influencer Business Development Specialist to support creator acquisition and partnership development globally.

You will identify potential creators, manage outreach and communication, and maintain a strong creator pipeline in collaboration with the Global Influencer Marketing Team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sourcing and successful influencer campaigns across markets.

Position Summary

The Influencer Business Development Specialist will support creator acquisition and partnership development across global markets. This role focuses on identifying potential creators, managing outreach and communication, supporting collaboration processes, and maintaining a strong creator pipeline. The position will work closely with the Global Influencer Marketing Team to support efficient creator sourcing and successful influencer campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator Outreach & Screening
• Identify and research potential creators across target markets and social media platforms.
• Conduct creator outreach through email, DM, and other channels to initiate partnership opportunities.
• Evaluate creator profiles based on brand requirements, content quality, audience fit, and engagement performance.
• Creator Partnership Support
• Support creator communication, negotiation, and collaboration coordination.
• Assist with campaign follow-ups, content timelines, and partnership execution.
• Maintain positive relationships with creators and external partners.
• Creator Pipeline Management
• Build and maintain an organized creator database and pipeline.
• Track creator performance and collaboration results to support future partnership decisions.
• Provide market feedback and creator insights to improve sourcing efficiency.

• Qualifications & Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, marketing, BD, or related fields.
• Experience in creator outreach, partnership coordination, or social media operations is preferred.
• Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with creators and partners.
• Good English communication skills;
