Job summary

ZeroTo1 is seeking a TikTok Shop Activation Coordinator to grow first-time creators into loyal brand partners. You will recruit creators, manage samples, and drive performance across multiple personal care and beauty brands from a remote, worldwide base.

You’ll coordinate with strategy and content teams to optimize creator performance, develop retention programs, and analyze data to improve GMV and engagement. Strong communication and hands-on experimentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in influencer or affiliate marketing for personal care or beauty brands.
• Experience managing 4+ brands with high creator volume.
• Proven success growing creator communities that lift engagement and sales.
• Strong analytical skills: you set benchmarks and shape decisions.
• Original ideas and the initiative to test them without being asked.
• Comfort with Claude, Euka, Lark, Discord, Google Workspace, ClickUp and Slack, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit creators monthly for each brand and build niche cohorts around brand positioning.
• Evaluate creators on content quality, audience fit, engagement, category relevance and conversion potential.
• Manage the sample process from creator application to shipment and performance tracking.
• Coordinate affiliate creators and manage target plan invitations, flat-fee partnerships, and open plan approvals.
• Maintain organized trackers for samples, creator outreach, approvals, links and performance.
• Map the creator path from first sample to repeat poster to top affiliate with strategy support.
• Create challenges, webinars and events to build loyalty with brand teams.
• Set the tone on Lark, Discord and TikTok Shop Affiliate Center to keep creators active.
• Track retention, repeat posting and creator-driven GMV to show impact.
• Identify high-performing creators for future paid opportunities and growth.
• Use performance data to brief next hooks and formats and determine winning angles.
• Write briefs that clearly outline winning angles based on current conversions.
• Test content formats and push winners to paid boosting.
• Read trends and adjust creator direction quickly and effectively.
• Shape sampling and incentive plans in collaboration with strategy partners.
• Provide weekly/monthly recommendations on what’s working and what’s next.
