Thrivemodal is seeking a sharp Business Development Representative to join our fully remote team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting to convert qualified leads into booked discovery calls for the sales team, using email, LinkedIn, and phone with a tailored cadence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience.
• Proven track record of booking qualified meetings against a target.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, staffing, HR tech, VMS/MSP, or freelancer/contingent workforce is a plus.
• Strong cold outreach and prospecting skills across email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research, prioritise and execute outreach against the qualified prospects provided.
• Generate data by identifying additional ICP accounts and enriching them with signals.
• Multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone with a thoughtful cadence.
• Book qualified calls onto the calendar with context for the sales team.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and provide feedback to sharpen messaging and targeting.
