Job summary

ADEC Innovations is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and engaging prospective healthcare clients. You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team while maintaining accurate CRM data and supporting pipeline development across the healthcare sector.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration with 3+ years in B2B sales or lead generation, including BPO/outsourcing services exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration; related post-graduate degree is an advantage.
• 3+ years in B2B sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles in healthcare markets.
• Experience selling BPO/outsourcing services to decision-makers.
• Exposure to USA and Europe markets and strong LinkedIn SSI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective healthcare organizations and key decision-makers to support lead generation.
• Perform outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels to introduce ADEC's services.
• Qualify leads by gathering prospect needs and potential fit with ADEC's offerings.
• Schedule discovery meetings between prospects and sales team and maintain CRM records.
• Support pipeline development and contribute to revenue growth through targeted outreach.
