Penbrothers is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to handle inbound emails and chat inquiries from potential customers, guiding them through the sales process to achieve conversions.

This 1-year project-based remote position requires a proactive, cross-functional approach and a willingness to operate across a Singapore-only co-living market. The role includes shift work (9am-1am PHT) across five days weekly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Persuasive with the ability to handle objections.
• Strong team collaboration and cross-functional work experience.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and explain product offerings clearly.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions about budget and timeline.
• Demonstrate value and drive opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Schedule viewings and coordinate with field sales teams.
• Close deals and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
• Follow up with leads to nurture conversions.
• Document interactions in the CRM and report on activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams.
• Stay informed about the Singapore co-living and real estate market.
