Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Customer Support Assistant (B2B Wholesale) to support wholesale accounts and sales reps in order management, fulfillment coordination, and account maintenance. You will handle inbound emails, update orders in NetSuite/NuORDER, coordinate with warehouse teams, and monitor order flow while ensuring accurate records.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and experience with ERP/order systems.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred (NetSuite a plus); proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and warehouse teams.
• Proactive, takes ownership and follows through; a team player who communicates clearly and professionally.
• Versatility in balancing administrative work with customer support and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Support: Respond to inbound emails and support requests from wholesale accounts and sales representatives.
• Order Management: Assist with order management and updates within NetSuite and NuORDER, including shipping updates, cancellations, adjustments, and tracking support.
• Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Order Flow Monitoring: Monitor order flow and proactively communicate delays, inventory issues, or shipment updates.
• Payment Follow-Up: Follow up with accounts regarding past due invoices and payment status.
• Lead Routing: Forward inbound wholesale leads and opportunities to the appropriate territory sales representative.
• Account Setup & Maintenance: Support account setup and maintenance for new and existing wholesale customers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer, order, and shipping records across systems.
• Special Projects: Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as the business grows.
