Magic is a leading modern outsourcing platform that connects US-based businesses with high-quality remote talent. This role focuses on owning warm inbound leads from discovery to close, with an uncapped commission structure and an OTE of $2,500–$4,500 per month.

You will operate 100% remotely, supported by a structured playbook and active coaching from Sales Leadership. Ideal candidates bring grit and proven closing instincts, with experience across B2B, B2C, outbound, CS or AM backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Grit and strong closing instincts are essential.
• Experience handling warm inbound leads is a plus.
• Background in B2B, B2C, outbound, CS or AM is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound leads from discovery to close, 50+ warm inbound leads each month.
• Conduct 2–8 inbound discovery calls per day and 15+ per week with U.S. prospects.
• Maintain clean deal records in HubSpot and consistently hit monthly quotas.
