Job summary

magic is seeking an experienced, analytical, and data-driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs. You will manage a monthly budget of $225K–$250K+ and be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and growth of our paid search efforts.

You will oversee a multi-faceted account structure including Branded, Non-Branded, Performance Max, and Demand Generation campaigns, leveraging tROAS bidding strategies to maximize revenue and return on ad spend.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs.
• Manage a monthly budget of $225K–$250K+; plan and optimize campaigns.
• Oversee Branded, Non-Branded, Performance Max, and Demand Generation campaigns.
