My Amazon Guy is seeking a strategic Paid Media Specialist (B2B) for a remote role. You will lead paid acquisition and demand generation to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue across Google Ads and Meta, with TikTok as a plus.

You will own the full-funnel strategy, collaborate with Sales, Content, and CRO teams, mentor media buyers, and maintain certifications. The role requires 3+ years in performance marketing and a data-driven, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong B2B lead generation focus.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (TikTok is a plus).
• Proven experience managing full-funnel B2B campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize B2B paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Own full-funnel strategy: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and channel mix to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
• Leverage attribution models and performance data to guide decisions and forecasting.
• Collaborate with CRO to improve landing pages and lead flows.
• Develop and validate hypotheses through structured A/B testing.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing B2B ad creatives and copy.
• Guide creative testing frameworks and scaling strategies.
• Lead and mentor media buyers and performance marketers.
• Build scalable workflows, SOPs, and documentation for paid acquisition and lead gen.
