Job summary

Penbrothers International is seeking a Call Centre Manager to build and lead a small outbound team targeting Canadian accountants. You will recruit, train and coach two initial callers, create effective call guides, and drive registrations for CPD programs.

The role requires flawless written and spoken English, CRM/dialer savvy, and strict adherence to compliance rules. You will work overnight, aligned to Canadian business hours, and manage lists, cadences and performance while staying closely

Qualifications

• Native‑level English, exceptional phone presence and diction.
• 3+ years managing outbound teams (North America).
• Experience with B2B outreach, appointment setting or professional services.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts aligned to Canadian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build, recruit and coach the initial outbound team; set expectations and KPIs.
• Develop call guides, coaching cadence and quality standards with leadership.
• Maintain call lists, cadence, and data hygiene; monitor daily/weekly outputs.
• Track performance, report to the Director and coordinate with Marketing Ops.
