Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a proactive Sales Support specialist to bolster outreach and sales activity across events and communities. You will research organisations and decision-makers, build prospect data, and manage outreach sequences using Apollo and HubSpot.

The role supports international outreach for events across Dubai, the UK, and Europe. Work-from-home setup, with Monday–Friday hours aligned to PH time.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant organisations, decision-makers, sponsors, partners, and delegates.
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect and company data lists.
• Source contact information using LinkedIn, company websites, Apollo, and other research tools.
• Support outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Create, schedule, and monitor outreach sequences using Apollo.io and HubSpot.
• Qualify prospects and identify opportunities for the sales team.
• Support meeting bookings, follow-up activity, and pipeline management.
• Maintain CRM records and activity tracking.
• Assist with reporting on outreach activity, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Support sponsorship, delegate, and partnership outreach across international markets.
• Research market sectors and industry trends for upcoming events in Dubai, the UK, and Europe.
• Carry out general sales administration and support tasks.
