Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an organised and proactive Marketing Support team member to assist with day-to-day marketing across events, communities, and brands. This is a freelance full-time, work-from-home role with a Monday to Friday schedule (04:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time).

The role collaborates with the Community Marketing Executive and Brand Marketing Executive, coordinating campaigns, content, and CRM updates (HubSpot) across Dubai, the UK, and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns and activities
• Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks
• Help coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience communications
• Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms
• Support the creation of marketing copy, graphics, captions, and promotional materials
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and platforms
• Support website updates and content management using Wix
• Assist with creating marketing assets using Canva
• Support event marketing activity, including delegate, speaker, and sponsor communications
• Assist with audience data management and CRM updates within HubSpot
• Help coordinate marketing timelines, campaign activity, and internal processes
• Carry out general day-to-day marketing support tasks as required
