Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to own outbound email marketing and lead generation for its Australian client base. This PH-based, full-time, remote role works directly with the Director, coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to build targeted lists, craft warm copy, and drive campaigns from concept to reporting.

You will manage Mailchimp campaigns, use Apollo/Lusha for prospect lists, and design assets in Canva, staying aligned with seasonal and industry

Qualifications

• Proven track record running outbound email campaigns end to end.
• Able to build and qualify prospect lists with tools like Apollo or Lusha.
• Hands-on Mailchimp experience including segmentation and reporting.
• Strong copywriting with emotional hooks for B2B gifting/recognition.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outbound email marketing campaigns from briefs to reporting.
• Build targeted prospect lists and verify data quality to protect deliverability.
• Design assets in Canva and ensure on-brand email templates.
• Write warm, occasion-focused copy that motivates action.
• Plan campaigns around commercial calendars and industry occasions.
• Coordinate with external agencies and keep internal marketing tasks on track.
• Maintain a structured content calendar and campaign deadlines.
