Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a proactive engineer to provide incident triage and resolution for Amazon Connect integrations. You will support the Australian development team, troubleshoot and optimise Connect-based solutions, and develop integrations and GenAI features tailored to telephony processes.

Ideal candidates have fullstack dev and cloud engineering experience, with hands-on work in TypeScript, C#, AWS, Python, Go, Rust and SQL.

Qualifications

• Background in software/web development helpful for debugging and client issue resolution.
• Experience with AWS and cloud architecture best practices.
• Strong familiarity with TypeScript, C#, Python and SQL across fullstack projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident triage and resolution for ConnectOS clients.
• Offer Amazon Connect engineering support to the Australian development team.
• Troubleshoot, implement and optimise Amazon Connect solutions for client projects.
• Develop and extend Connect workflows with data dips, 3rd party apps, Lambda functions, and GenAI integrations.
• Support GenAI product offerings in telephony related to Amazon Connect processes to boost efficiency.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• A background in software / web development will be advantageous in debugging and resolving client issues.
• Fullstack Development and - Cloud Engineering (DevOps)
• Has experience with Typescript, C#, AWS, Python, GoLang, Rust, SQL
• Some exposure working with AWS, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.

What will you do?

Incident Triage & Resolution

• Provide Amazon Connect engineering support to the Australian development team.
• Assist in troubleshooting, implementation, and optimisation of Amazon Connect solutions for various client projects.
• Develop, support and extend Amazon Connect through integrations such as data dips, 3rd party apps, lambda functionality, and generative AI integrations.
• Support with the development of internal and client-facing GenAI product offerings in the telephony space, specifically tailored towards Amazon Connect processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
