Job summary

BizForce is hiring a Remote Audio & Visual Planner to organize and coordinate technical aspects of meetings and events from concept to execution. You will work with clients, venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure technical readiness and delivery of high standards.

The role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple projects, and excels in hybrid/remote event planning with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in audiovisual production, event technology, or live event coordination.
• Experience coordinating virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of event production workflows and technical planning.
• Experience with international vendors and venues is an advantage.
• Experience supporting corporate meetings, conferences, or live events.
• Familiarity with event production documentation, technical riders, and run-of-show planning.
• Knowledge of venue operations and AV logistics.
• Experience working with remote production teams and global vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Planning: Review SOWs, agendas, and production requirements; analyze objectives; develop preliminary AV plans; prepare riders and documentation; coordinate stage layouts and presentation flow; identify risks.
• Vendor Coordination: Source proposals, review quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate equipment logistics.
• Venue Coordination: Evaluate AV capabilities, room configurations, power, internet, rigging, and venue requirements; coordinate inspections.
• Project Coordination: Maintain documentation, update planning tools, track milestones, and enable cross-project delivery.
• Event Support: Provide remote support to onsite teams, finalize schedules, communicate last-minute changes, and assist in post-event closeout.
