Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior AV Programmer & Solution Designer to join our remote-enabled team.

This role focuses on designing and programming AV solutions for client projects, with work-from-home setup and a flexible morning shift in the Philippines. You will develop client-specific AV systems, maintain coding standards, draft technical docs, and collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and suppliers to deliver On-Time, On-Budget deployments.

Qualifications

• Crestron Certified Programmer is required.
• QSC Level 1,2 certification is required.
• Kramer Control knowledge required.
• AVIXA CTS certification expected.
• Networking fundamentals knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Create programmes to meet client specifications and functional descriptions.
• Maintenance of, and champion for the internal AAE code repository
• Coding standards champion
• Author of technical documentation relating to programming
• Communicate delays and complications to the Installation team on a daily basis.
• Responding to escalated service calls as a remote resource as required by the installation and service teams
• Diagnosing, tracing and resolving faults with equipment and software
• AV System design and collation to client specification and budget
• Drafting and presenting quotes ensuring AAE processes are followed
• Work with suppliers that assist with design functions when required
• Develop drawings from a client-facing concept to engineered For Construction revisions
• Prepare project within D-tools for handover to project delivery team
• Provide Technical advice to assist the Installation Team with new installations as required
• Assist Project Manager(s) and Sales Consultant(s) with documentation for changes to designed solutions as required during the course of the project delivery lifecycle
• Create commissioning document set and programme for each project
• Provide Testing and Training documentation to Project Managers for all control systems.
• Provide the Installation Manager and Service/Facilities Manager and their teams with technical assistance as required.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to refine quoting/design process and reports
• Develop quoting/design templates for repeat customers
• Managing stakeholder expectations in relation to time frames via the Project and Sales teams
• Maintain project notes in the company job management systems, updating progress, findings and relevant job status, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate proactively with all other AAE staff to support the programming and design functions of the business as required
• Be aware of budgeted time frames for all jobs and work within these budgets.
• Notify the Project Manager immediately if the allocated budgets could be exceeded.
• Attend all jobs at the scheduled time and notify Operations Assistant if you are going to be late so customers can be notified.
• Ensure all required certifications are kept current
• Identify any additional training requirements
• Develop a personal Professional Development Plan (PDP) with the General Manager, reviewed annually.
• Compliance with AAE standard operating policies
