Boomering Inc. is hiring a Bookkeeper to support our Perth-based Australian clients from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will maintain client accounts, perform daily reconciliations, and prepare filings for onshore review.

The role requires 2–4 years of Australian bookkeeping experience with Xero and MYOB proficiency. You will work during Australian business hours in a full-time capacity, with a competitive PHP 50,000–55,000 monthly package and company-provided setup.

Qualificações

• Qualified bookkeeper with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Strong hands-on Xero experience and MYOB proficiency.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll including awards, leave, superannuation and tax.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily bank reconciliations across client files in Xero and MYOB.
• Match receipts, invoices, and POs using Dext or Hubdoc.
• Process weekly/fortnightly/monthly payroll with accurate hours, awards, and leave.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll tax obligations for client businesses.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations (GST, IAS).
• Prepare BAS and IAS for review by tax agents.
• Produce monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
